The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a scheme started by Transport For London. It encourages sustainable best practice for road freight operators who deliver in, and service, London. FORS promotes safe working practices, legal compliance, and safety of road freight operations in London and has now been extended to the rest of the UK.
